About Me
Hi! I'm Galit!
From a young age, I have been active but struggled with nutrition and balance. When I was in high school, I was inspired to research holistic health, nutrition, and fitness. As I implemented healthier behaviors (eating more nutrient dense foods and doing strength/cardio training), my spiritual, mental, and physical health tremendously improved. I felt more energized and confident. I began to share what I had learned and experienced with friends and family.
While combining my passion for exercise, health, and helping people, I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology with a Minor in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts: Lowell.

Today as a degree certified and experienced personal trainer with 5 years of experience, I am dedicated towards helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle that is sustainable.

I believe in a holistic approach towards fitness that incorporates all facets of health. Physical, mental, and spiritual. My areas of expertise include strength training, weight loss, and injury prevention.

I work closely with my clients by meeting them where they are at and developing a personalized training and nutrition plan that are tailored to their specific needs, goals, and preferences. The plan I create for my clients fit around their lifestyle.

Education and Experience
I have extensive experience in the fitness industry, having worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels for 7 years. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Nutrition. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid.
